Job Description

Sales Coordinator is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales and sales productivity. The coordinator works directly with all sales professionals including the President and VP of Sales and provides them with sales records and evaluation of performance based on sales goals. The development and tracking of metrics will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision making. Analysis will be performed at many different levels including sales representative, sales region, sales division, and business unit. Sales Coordinators create both standardized and custom reports and dashboards, conduct quantitative product and sales analysis, provide support for distributor and end user promotions, and assess future needs and data integrity. Coordinators are very visible to sales and marketing leaders as they develop methodologies and drive best practices aimed at improving operational efficiencies.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Generate standard and custom ad-hoc reports to measure performance against sales goals and in support of contests, promotions, ongoing business decisions, or initiatives
  • Communicate sales reporting results to key stakeholders (VP, NAMs, RMs) to support informed business decision-making
  • Provide territory analysis for the purpose of aligning and optimizing sales resources
  • Coordinate the input and delivery of orders for Sales Demo Tools, Partnership Programs, and Service Programs for the sales field
  • Coordinate the setup of Partnership Programs and maintain their account details for sales analysis in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Coordinate account list and territory changes by communicating and validating changes with sales leaders and finance teams
  • Provide training and first-level Microsoft Dynamics user support to the sales field
  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline and activity reports and dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics
