Job Description

The Distribution Business Analyst is responsible for administrative and technical support of WMS High Jump.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Pulls data from multiple sources and collates; SQL queries
  • Provides Application support to distribution center personnel regarding WMS High Jump
  • Profiling, correlation analysis, and trend analysis of WMS data issues
  • Resolves problems with products and applications with SQL, RF, and High Jump
  • Performs tracking and documentation by entering details of problems, status of service requests, and resolutions into the company tracking system
  • Identifies and recommends solutions to address improvement opportunities
  • Works through multiple projects and deadlines
  • Provides support in projects and business initiatives

 Education and Experience Requirements

  • Requires education equivalent to four years of high school; two year degree preferred
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Experience in writing SQL queries
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems; High Jump experience a plus
  • Working knowledge in MS Office
  • Knowledge of radio frequency scanning process and devices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer skills
