Role Overview:

Reporting to the VP of Sales Operations, the Senior Manager, CRM's primary role is to own and lead the technology strategy necessary to transform sales and service automation, drive customer knowledge, and lead a high performing team that helps Milwaukee Tool gain a competitive advantage. The successful candidate will display depth and breadth of functional knowledge of CRM to identify continuous improvement opportunities. This role will build long term trusted relationships to partner with sales and service leadership to develop and implement channel specific strategies and solutions that align with business objectives.

To be successful in this role you will:

  1. Create and execute CRM strategies that align to business objectives
  2. Partner with sales and cross-functional leaders to develop a CRM capabilities roadmap
  3. Lead a high performing team to automate key processes, improve utilization, and increase customer insights
  4. Analyze and evaluate CRM utilization to measure ROI, prioritize resources, and enable continuous improvement of CRM functionality
  5. Evaluate user behaviors and user experience to identify areas of improvement
  6. Monitor and conduct research on new and evolving CRM trends to identify emerging opportunities the business can use to capitalize on and gain a competitive advantage
  7. Manage internal and external relationships that support the CRM program to drive the most value of the CRM program
  8. Develop and manage annual CRM budgets, ensuring CRM program falls within allocated budget and timeline

 

About you:

  • You have a minimum of 7-10 years of CRM experience, working in a fast-paced environment
  • This position requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field; OR equivalent experience, MBA a plus
  • Ability to identify and develop innovative solutions to approach problems and tasks
  • Experience delivering solutions that improve results and productivity for large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, managing, and developing a team of at least 5 or more
  • Highly data-driven with ability to interpret data into actionable plans to meet company goals
  • Collaborates positively and effectively in unstructured environments
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
