Job Description

Do you have a knack for getting the right emails into the right inboxes at the right times? Do you live to see those open and click-through rates climb higher and higher? We're seeking an expert email marketer to join our team. The Email Marketing Manager will develop targeted campaigns to grow our marketing audience, drive customer engagement and improve conversion.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create targeted nurture campaigns to achieve engagement and conversion goals
  • Develop lead acquisition campaigns to organically grow our marketable email list
  • Segment database audiences in alignment with overall business objectives
  • Utilize segmented audiences in support of targeted marketing campaigns
  • Optimize the lead acquisition and nurturing workflows
  • Minimize list decay while increasing the productivity of our email sends
  • Partner with Social, SEM, SEO and Web teams to co
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop cross-channel marketing efforts
  • Track and report on email campaign performance and improvement opportunities


Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field


  • Preferred candidate will have 2+ of proven success with email marketing, lead acquisition, lead nurturing and marketing automation platforms
  • Marketo marketing automation experience a plus
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics
  • Understanding of other digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM and Social
  • Able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization

  • Ability to manage, prioritize and execute concurrent projects with varying deadlines
