Job Description


This senior finance role will work closely with numerous cross-functional partners including the Channel Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, IT and Business Unit Finance teams to ensure successful promotional and pricing operations. This individual will help lead a variety of promotional and pricing initiatives, drive process improvement activities and help ensure the integrity of pricing and promotional operations at Milwaukee Tool.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Channel Marketing and Sales teams to develop, program and execute effective pricing and promotional programs
  • Work cross functionally with the Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve pricing discrepancies and order management issues related to pricing and promotional activity
  • Support a variety of pricing activities related to new product pricing, contract pricing, transfer pricing and pricing stratification
  • Review, audit, and approve account change exception requests, credit memos and no charges related to promotional activity
  • Track and report Local Marketing Fund (LMF) expenses, while driving LMF process improvements
  • Support ad hoc requests and projects related to promotions, pricing and LMF
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes & models to provide meaningful information to internal customers
  • Compile reports, analyze data and conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple processes and projects, while prioritizing appropriately
  • Easily adapt to changing needs of finance department and business partners to ensure consistent business partner support

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus
  • Minimum three years of experience in accounting, finance or business administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or SAP Hybris a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel knowledge required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with a variety of business partners
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or on a team
