Job Description

This position will serve as a key support position for the Sales and Service organizations. Reporting directly to the Associate Manager, Sales Operations, this analyst will maintain key sales & service programs and develop reporting to enable both organizations to be more efficient and productive. This position will work on key projects involving many different departments including Sales, Service Operations, and Marketing. Skills in project managing and Microsoft Excel are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop cross functional relationships with Service Operations, Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate and manage key projects
  • Recommend process improvement efforts and solutions to optimize collaboration, information sharing and improve sales and service productivity
  • Coordinate the setup of service programs and maintain details of these programs
  • Analyze sales and service order data, create reports, identify trends and communicate findings to Regional Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents
  • Collaborate with Service management to track and communicate service program performance
  • Manage and communicate ad hoc sales reports to Sales, Service Operations and other stakeholders
  • Provide CRM support to the Sales members by advising user support, managing dashboards and ensuring data quality
  • Lead segments of Milwaukee's Sales onboarding program

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Four-year college degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or another business-related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience (can include internships)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) a must
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface within the Milwaukee organization and corporate environment
  • Solid customer orientation and ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Good organizational skills to manage and balance multiple priorities and workflows
  • Ability to take or give direction and execute work independently or in a team setting
  • Ability to travel 5% of time
