This position reports to the Senior Manager of Business Process Management, the primary responsibility of the Business Process Management Analyst is to drive and deliver operational efficiencies through process and system improvements within their assigned business areas. You will be responsible for the delivery and support of IT solutions throughout the lifecycle by collaborating with businesses peers, software developers, business analysts, architects, and other IT professionals. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple initiatives involving digital customer experience to provide new digital capabilities to our internal teams and customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with core business teams within Order Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service to identify, document, and communicate business needs to IT solutions
  • Assesses impacts of business requests to existing systems and processes and assist with prioritization of work
  • Challenge the status quo; Evaluates existing business processes to identify areas for improvements and standardization
  • Prepare solution design documents, support QA and UAT efforts, process maps, and user acceptance documentation
  • Provide second level support for ERP and extended applications to end users
  • Work with cross-functional IT teams to ensure consistency and standards are applied to IT solutions.
  • Build IT credibility by modeling professionalism, excellence, integrity, and passion

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on order management and fulfillment
  • Strong understanding of core business processes within Order Management, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Experience working within a project management toolset (JIRA/Confluence)
  • Ability to work in matrixed organization and fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities with time constraints
  • Strong professional written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft applications -- Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Familiarity implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP or other ERP (Oracle/SAP) experience a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration with an emphasis in technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in establishing and bolstering trust with business partners
  • Familiarity with SAP Hybris Commerce framework (modules, back-office, templates) as well as integrating Hybris with backend systems (ERP, PIM)
  • Knowledge of Hybris Commerce functionalities that include product modeling, product assortment, user management, customer management, catalog management, shopping cart and check out, and workflow management
  • Demonstrated solution delivery experience as a functional lead within a project delivery team
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive cross functional enhancements
