Job Description

The Engineering Assistant- Process Administration at Milwaukee Tool is a critical role within the Engineering Department. Improving the underlying efficiency of the engineering department, while interfacing with engineering staff and peripheral staff from outside the department, is the fundamental objective of this position. 
  • Assist the engineering staff with daily activities and ongoing process improvements.
  • Assist in developing training documentation related to engineering processes and assist in facilitation of training the engineering staff on these processes.
  • Navigate and support engineering teams with Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to improve the flow of information emanating from the engineering environment.Minimum
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in fields related to Business, Engineering, Project Management or Process improvement
    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 3 years work experience
    • Work history in data entry, reporting, or project management support strongly preferred
  • Required oral and written communications skills for presentations to cross functional teams
  • Daily working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
