Job Description

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Finance Manager for the Financial Planning & Analysis team. This position is responsible for leading the monthly forecast and reporting tasks and partnering with business partners to ensure strategic decisions are financially sound. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who has demonstrated value added analytical prowess and process improvement skills. This individual should also enjoy problem solving within systemic applications.

Position Duties:

  • Consolidate financial reporting of actual and forecast data for our America Operations
  • Timely and accurate submission of all monthly reporting
  • Own preparation of quarterly financial packages for Ops Reviews
  • Coordinate monthly forecast calendar to ensure all reporting deadlines are met
  • CI mindset to identify ways to improve the reporting transparency of direct and allocated costs
  • Provide financial analysis of Administrative departments
  • Drive the understanding of complex allocations to business partners as needed
  • Lead annual budget and restatement process
  • Partner with executive leadership in administrative departments to drive strategic initiatives
  • Coach a team of 2 direct reports to maximize their development and contribution to the organization


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in an accounting or finance related field.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (written, verbal, presentation, and listening)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge
  • Experience with CCH Tagetik and HFM applications considered a plus
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail is a must with a willingness to tic and tie financial results to ensure accuracy
