Your Health
Medical Insurance
The Milwaukee Tool Medical Plan offers three Plan options with low annual deductibles – Single deductibles are $500, $1,000 or $1,800. At Milwaukee Tool, we value making quality healthcare more affordable. That’s why the Company pays most of the cost of medical insurance premiums, while employees contribute only a small portion through payroll deductions. All Plans cover 100% of preventive services and include affordable copays for prescriptions. Employees can enroll dependents including legal spouses, children, and stepchildren. Coverage may start day one or after 30 days of employment based on position.
Dental and Vision Coverage
Our Dental and Vision Plans provide comprehensive and affordable coverage tailored to your needs. Our Dental Plan includes two free cleanings per year and our Vision Plan includes a generous $300 annual allowance for frames or contact lenses. Coverage may start day one or after 30 days of employment.
Health Spending and Savings Accounts
Milwaukee Tool offers pre-tax savings options to support your financial and health needs. With Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), you can use pre-tax dollars to save on eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses. Additionally, a Dependent Care FSA is available to help you manage childcare or eldercare expenses.

401(k)
The Milwaukee Tool Retirement Savings Plan provides an opportunity to save for retirement through both pre-tax, Roth and after-tax payroll deductions. For the first 8% of pay saved, Milwaukee Tool will match 50%. All employees are eligible to start contributing on day one, and the employer match is 100% immediately vested.

Flexible PTO and Vacation
The Milwaukee Tool PTO Policy grants all employees between 14 and 24 days of paid time off each calendar year, along with an additional ReFUEL Day to disconnect and recharge! PTO is granted based on length of service and/or years of career experience.

Milwaukee Tool offers employees with at least one year of service paid Parental Leave to provide dedicated time to bond with your new child and focus on your growing family.
