The Milwaukee Tool Medical Plan offers two Plan options with different annual deductibles—Single deductibles are either $500 or $1000. Both Plan options cover wellness and preventive services at 100%. Our plans also both reimburse most other in-network services at 80% and include prescription drug coverage with affordable copays. Employees contribute a small portion of the cost of the medical insurance through payroll deductions, with Milwaukee Tool paying the vast majority of the premium cost. Employees can enroll dependents including legal spouses (same and opposite sex), children, step-children, and domestic partners (same and opposite sex). Coverage is available on date of hire.
The Milwaukee Tool Retirement Savings Plan provides an opportunity to save for retirement through pre-tax payroll contributions. For the first 8% of pay saved, Milwaukee Tool matches contributions at 50%. The Plan is administered by Transamerica and offers a wide array of investment options, primarily from Vanguard. Employees are automatically enrolled and the employer match is always 100% vested. Participation is available on date of hire.
Milwaukee Tool strongly supports the health and wellness of employees and family members. Depending on which Milwaukee Tool location you work, support may include on-site fitness facilities and classes, health promotion activities and contests, lower Medical Plan contributions for non-smokers and non-tobacco users, and support for smoking and tobacco cessation.
Milwaukee Tool grants all employees time off with pay for National holidays.
The Milwaukee Tool Vacation Policy grants all employees between 10 and 20 days of paid vacation each calendar year, based on length of service.
