The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies that will attract highly qualified candidates. Also, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring leader experience at all times.
Full cycle recruiter responsible for professional recruiting across locations including -Brookfield, WI and Mississippi locations.
Conduct scoping meetings, manage consensus meetings and work closely with the hiring managers to ensure positions are filled quickly and efficiently.
Desire to create passive and active sourcing and screening via internet sourcing, social media, professional events, and other nontraditional techniques.
Interest in building candidate pipelines and maintain strong candidate relationships.
Proven and effective talent identification and assessment skills.
Experience working in dynamic environments with competing priorities.
Ability to manage aggressive workload and demands outside of traditional business hours.
Attend and participate in networking activities outside of the organization.
Education and Professional Experience:
1+ year experience with a focus in either corporate or agency setting.
Demonstrate self-motivation, drive for results, a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, excellent analytical and problem solving.
Must have a continuous improvement mindset.
Exceptional organization and planning skills.
Experience with Applicant Tracking systems, ideal.
Bachelor's degree required.
