Job Description

The Paint, Print, Pack Machine Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing sealing, paint, and printing equipment. Duties and Responsibilities * Troubleshoot sealing, paint, and printing equipment * Repair and replace worn and broken components * Make adjustments to equipment to maximize output * Change out RF sealer tooling * Replace Big Sky pallets as required * Fill in for other team members as required * Perform other duties as assigned * Maintain production pace and standards * Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area * Practice 5Ss Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Understand and follow verbal and written instructions * Basic math skills * Basic computer skills * Advanced Mechanical skills Education and Experience Requirements * High School or GED diploma required plus Technical Certification in a Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related program or equivalent combination of education and experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical field. * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical field at MT or similar employer preferred.
